It’s Spring time again, which means warmer weather. Warm weather means more fleas and ticks on your ~~kids~~ pets. The best products for flea and ticks are FrontLine Plus products, but they can get expensive. Even when buying online from e-tailors such as Amazon.com (link to Frontline Page) or 1800petmeds.com. I have bought my last 3 years worth of flea and tick medicine from Ebay.

I happened to stumble across Frontline Plus on Ebay when searching for “flea killer” on the internet. I saw the stuff in the pet stores but it was so expensive. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was, so I took the chance and bought some. Simply, it works great. I was a little scared it was going to be junk, but as soon as I put it on my dog the scratching stopped.

I never thought twice about buying it from Ebay before until my vet said it was all fake medicine and didn’t work. She said that last year, when I brought my dog in for a visit.

First of all, I would never buy it at the vets. They totally rip customers off with really high prices. Secondly, since I’ve been using Frontline plus from Ebay for 3 years, I knew for a fact that is does work.

Sure, there are probably some people that are ripping people off, but if you follow normal safe bidding practices of making sure the seller has a good reputation and feedback you should be safe.

Make sure the product has free shipping – Since the new standard on Ebay is free shipping, don’t let a seller sneak that into the overall price.

This is a good little niche that you can jump into to and make some decent income. I found the best prices for Frontline Plus at Amazon.com. Around $28.12 for 3 doses for a 70 pound dog. Searching completed items on Ebay I found some sales around $50-75 dollars for the same product. That’s a pretty good profit margin if you buy from Amazon and then resell the product on Ebay, but there is a lot of competition so you won’t sell every listing.

In summary, don’t be scared to buy Frontline Plus for dogs or cats on Ebay. Most likely it is the real thing and will work on your dog or cat. Don’t overpay and don’t pay for shipping. Remember if you get a good deal, contact the seller and see if you can buy more at the same price in the same order. Instead of 3 doses (1.5 months for my dog) try to get a full year. If you buy it at $20 for 3 doses, it’s well worth trying to get more.
